People who actually use the bench and want to be told before a body goes on the shelf.

A want list the counter genuinely watches
Ten per cent off bench labour
Twenty-four hours on anything before it is listed publicly
Two free sensor or seal inspections a year

Trade priority — ¥9,000 a year

Collectors and dealers who sell into the shop as often as they buy from it.

Monthly buying list before it goes out
Valuations at the bench inside two working days
Consignment at a reduced commission
A named buyer rather than whoever is on the floor
